The CASSANDRA project aims to make container security more efficient and effective.
The project addresses the visibility needs of both business and government in the international flow of containerised cargo by developing a data sharing concept that allows an extended assessment of risks by both business and government.
Cross-Border Research Association
The mission of Cross-border Research Association, CBRA, is to innovate and execute various types of research, analysis and case studies surrounding the broad field of supply chain security management programs, standards, measures, trade-offs and costs. Our research is targeted to following two audiences for years 2007-2010: 1) it helps companies in international trade and logistics to better plan and prepare for the implementation of new supply chain security standards; and 2) it helps governmental administrations, mainly customs and transportation agencies, to better understand the realities and constraints of international supply chains, while developing new security standards, public-private partnerships etc.
